Jeff Moon has a passion for cannabis and supporting the culture and craft behind cultivation. A serial entrepreneur who carries an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, Jeff has owned several businesses from different industries, and has contributed to both large and small business holding various management or executive titles in both manufacturing and distribution markets.

Jeff continues to remain well versed in trends, technology, and current market conditions in the cannabis industry though his passion for research and academics.

Ed brings more than 30 years experience in the agricultural sector to Mariwell.  When his family immigrated to Canada they settled in Chatham-Kent, he immediately found a lifelong passion for farming.

He was previously the President of a large cash crop and crop spraying company and has owned a local Chatham-Kent business within the hospitality industry.

The saying "once a farmer always a farmer" applies to Ed.  His vast knowledge of plants, herbicides and soil maintenance combined with his interest in the nuances of the medical and recreational cannabis industry will assist Mariwell in achieving maximum yield and quality in their growing environment.
