Peter Birch is an accomplished entrepreneur with a diverse background in the finance and cannabis industries. Formerly the owner of Mortgage Talk, a successful mortgage brokerage firm in the UK, Peter established himself as a leader in the financial sector, helping countless clients navigate the complexities of home financing. His strategic vision and dedication to client satisfaction drove Mortgage Talk to new heights during his tenure.

Transitioning from finance to the burgeoning cannabis industry, Peter is now the proud majority owner of Mariwell inc. Leveraging his extensive business acumen, he plans to navigate the regulatory landscape to establish a reputable company known for its high-quality products and commitment to innovation. Peter's leadership continues to shape the future of the Mariwell's future, reflecting his ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic markets.

William Moore

Secretary - Treasurer

Dr. Bill Moore was born and raised in Chatham Kent and attended the University of Guelph where he received his degree from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1985. 

For over 30 years, Dr. Moore was a practitioner in various animal clinics across South Western Ontario. 

In the past, Bill has been a Board member and President at Canadian Greenpower Southwestern Ontario and the Ontario Association of Swine Veterinarians.

Currently, D. Moore owns Moore Swine Services and brings a wealth of agricultural knowledge and experience to the Mariwell Board of Directors.

Kerry Mall

Director

Dr. Mall immigrated to Canada in 2005 and has lived in Chatham-Kent with his family since 2010.

He has over 15 years of entrepreneurial, management and Veterinary experience. He is also the Founder and President of four successful veterinary hospitals in Southwestern Ontario.

As an active investor, Dr. Mall loves to develop ideas, specifically looking at new investment opportunities. He believes in partnership and investing and is excited to join the Mariwell team.
